REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy
At Youthful Glow Skin & Body Clinic, we are dedicated to client satisfaction and safety. However, due to the nature of our services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy on completed treatments.
All treatments, packages, and gift vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
2. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds if you:
- Change your mind after purchasing a service or package
- Decide not to complete a course of treatments
- Are dissatisfied with results due to personal preference, as results vary from person to person
3. Prepaid Treatments & Packages
- Prepaid treatments and packages must be used within their validity period (usually 6–12 months).
- Expired sessions will be forfeited and are not eligible for extension or refund.
- Packages cannot be shared between individuals unless stated otherwise.
4. Promotions & Gift Vouchers
- Promotional offers and discounted treatments are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- Gift vouchers must be used before the expiry date stated on the voucher.
5. Adverse Reactions or Medical Issues
While adverse reactions are rare, clients are required to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided.
If you experience a reaction, please contact the clinic immediately for assessment and support.
Refunds will only be provided if required by Australian Consumer Law, such as in cases where:
- The treatment was not provided as promised
- The service was unsafe or faulty
6. Cancellations & Deposits
- Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours may forfeit the deposit.
- No-shows without notice may incur a fee or loss of deposit.
- Deposits for prepaid sessions or promotions are non-refundable.
7. Products
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products due to hygiene reasons.
If a product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a replacement or refund (as per Australian Consumer Law).
